- 1. Technical errors. If our system makes an obvious mistake – like displaying impossible odds or conflicting information – we reserve the right to void those bets. You'll get your stake back at odds of 1 (basically a refund).
- 2. Connection problems. If your internet drops while placing a bet, don't worry. As long as we received it before the connection failed, your bet stands.
- 3. Suspicious activity. We're committed to clean sports. If we suspect match-fixing, multiple account usage, or unusual betting patterns, we can void those bets. We work closely with international sports organizations to combat corruption and protect the integrity of competitions.
